I am available to work on a freelance basis as a project consultant, so you have a helping hand who is neutral to your situation and I have your best interests in mind. I do not get involved with the design stages of the construction project, mainly because, we as human beings tend to change our minds like we change our socks. So, it is your project, it is your design and the ownership is yours. I am the person who helps you budget and take into account variables, which only can be learned by experience.
